Abstract

The GRDP of Batu Bara Regency in 2023 based on current prices will reach IDR 43,775.00 billion and the GRDP of Batu Bara Regency in 2023 at constant prices will reach IDR 26,522.68 billion.

The coal economy in 2023 will grow by 4.08 percent, higher than the achievement in 2022 which will grow by 4.07 percent.

Based on the production approach, the highest growth was achieved by the Other Services business sector at 11.95 percent, followed by the Accommodation and Food and Drink Provision Sector at 7.45 percent, and the Health Services and Social Activities Sector at 6.51 percent.

Three Business Fields that play a dominant role in Batu Regency's GRDP Bara in 2023, namely: Processing Industry Sector at 44.35 percent; the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sector at 21.91 percent; as well as Wholesale and Retail Trade Business Fields; Car and Motorcycle Repairs amounted to 18.37 percent.

When viewed from the expenditure side, growth has occurred in all components expenditure. The highest growth occurred in the Consumption Expenditure Component LNPRT (PK-LNPRT) was 7.10 percent.

Based on the expenditure side, the household consumption expenditure component (PK-RT) makes the largest contribution, namely 40.54 percent; followed by the Inter-Regional and Regional Net Export Component of 31.67 percent; and the Gross Fixed Capital Formation Component was 19.67 percent
