Abstract

The number of domestic passengers arriving in Sumatera Utara through Kualanamu International Airport in November 2024 reached 176,016 people or in other words, it decreased by 4.22 percent compared to the previous month (there were 183,763 people).
The number of air passengers going to international destinations, both using domestic and foreign flights via Kualanamu International Airport, in November 2024 increased by 0.37 percent compared to Oktober 2024, namely from 88,873 people to 89,206 people.
The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers (domestic) departing from Belawan Port in November 2024 was recorded as many as 8,308 people or increased by 138.26 percent compared to the previous month (there were 3,487 people). Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in November 2024 was recorded at 7,708 people, or increasing 167.27 percent compared to the previous month (there were 2,884 people).
During November 2024, inter-island freight transportation for loading activities at Belawan Port reached 27,081 tons, or decreased by 43.32 percent compared to Oktober 2024 (there were 47,780 tons). Meanwhile, the unloading activities in November 2024 increased by 2.69 percent, from 457,548 tons in Oktober 2024 to 469,869 tons in November 2024.
